To be eligible to participate in club events you must hold a current BASS membership. Boaters must hold a Pleasure Craft Operator Card and present proof of insurance and their PCO card to the Tournament Director. All anglers must be able to fish legally in Ontario - either a valid Ontario fishing licence, or the identification Ontario accepts in its place for exempt anglers (such as those under 18 or 65 and older, eligible veterans and active Canadian Armed Forces members, and anglers with a qualifying disability).
